Complete Profile

Overview

After your developer account is registered and your email is verified, you must complete your profile and submit the required business documents before you can create any app on the MallPlus Open Platform. Profile approval is the gate for app creation.

You choose an account type as part of this step. The account type determines which fields are required and is locked once you submit — it cannot be changed afterwards.

Account Types

Two account types are supported. Select the one that matches your organisation:

  • Registered Seller — a MallPlus brand seller with an in-house development team connecting your own internal systems via the Open API.
  • ISV (Independent Software Vendor) — a third-party technology provider building software services for MallPlus sellers (for example WMS, ERP, or integration platforms).
Note: Your account type is permanent after submission. Choose carefully — switching type later requires opening a new developer account.

Registered Seller Requirements

Registered Seller profiles collect the following fields:

  • Company Legal Name
  • Business Registration Number (for example CS201900000-1)
  • Business Registration Document — see Document Requirements below

ISV Requirements

ISV profiles collect everything a Registered Seller submits, plus integration details:

  • Company Legal Name
  • Business Registration Number
  • Business Registration Document
  • App / Platform URL — must be served over HTTPS (the URL must start with https://). Your endpoint should support TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Test Account Credentials — a username and password reviewers can use
  • Services Description — what your integration does
  • Number of Sellers Supported — one of 1-10, 11-50, 51-200, or 200+
  • Other Platforms Integrated (optional)

Document Requirements

The business registration document upload has the following constraints:

  • Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, or JPEG
  • Maximum file size: 6 MB

Files that exceed 6 MB or use any other format are rejected at upload. Make sure the document is legible before submitting.

Submission & Review

Once you submit, your profile enters Under Review status and you receive an on-screen confirmation. We notify you by email when the review is complete.

  • Registered Seller reviews typically take 3–5 working days
  • ISV reviews typically take 10–12 working days
  • You cannot create apps until your profile is approved

Profile Statuses

Your profile moves through the following lifecycle statuses during and after review. The status is shown as a banner inside the Console when you sign in (Under Review, Rejected) and gates app creation; the Suspended status blocks sign-in entirely until Support resolves it.

StatusMeaningWhat You Can Do
Under ReviewYour profile submission has been received and is waiting in the admin review queue.Sign in to the Console to see your review status. App creation stays locked until approval; you will be notified by email when the review completes.
ApprovedAn admin has approved your profile. You can now create apps.Proceed to App Management to create your first app.
RejectedYour submission did not pass review. The rejection reason is shown in a banner when you sign in and is also sent by email.Read the rejection reason, correct your submission, and resubmit.
SuspendedAn admin has suspended an approved account (for example, a policy violation). You cannot sign in while suspended. Contact Support to resolve the issue before access can be restored.

Review Process

After you submit your profile, the MallPlus platform admin team reviews your submission in a dedicated review queue. Each submission is checked against the account-type requirements above and against the uploaded business documents.

  1. You submit your profile and documents from the Profile Setup page. Your status becomes Under Review.
  2. An admin views your full submission, including the uploaded business registration document.
  3. The admin either approves or rejects the submission. Both outcomes send an email notification to your registered developer email address.
  4. On approval, your status becomes Approved and the App Management page is unlocked so you can create your first app.
SLA tracking: Each submission carries a review deadline (3–5 working days for Registered Seller, 10–12 working days for ISV). Working days exclude Sundays (Philippine public holidays are also excluded when a holiday calendar applies). The admin queue surfaces this deadline and flags any submission that breaches the target so reviews stay within the published window.

Rejection & Resubmission

If your submission is rejected, the reason is shown directly in the Console as a banner at the top of the page and is also included in the rejection email. You can correct your submission and resubmit — you do not need to create a new developer account.

  • The rejection banner appears whenever you are signed in while your status is Rejected, and shows the admin-provided reason.
  • Choose Update and Resubmit in the banner to return to the Profile Setup page, correct the fields flagged in the reason, and submit again.
  • Each resubmission is recorded as a new review cycle, and the prior rejection reason is shown to the admin reviewer alongside your updated submission so they have full context.
  • If you believe the rejection was made in error, you can contact support instead of resubmitting.
Note: Your account type cannot be changed on resubmission — it is locked at first submission. If you need a different account type, you must register a new developer account.
