2026-10-01	`PUT /fulfillments/{id}` no longer accepts `status` on production: a request that carries it returns `403 OPERATION_NOT_SUPPORTED` and nothing is written. Courier scans move a shipment to shipped and delivered, and Seller Center has no action that sets a fulfillment status. On production the call wrote the shipped, delivered or cancelled time straight onto the fulfillment, so an order could read `DELIVERED` with no courier delivery. The `fulfillment.shipped` webhook was sent only by this call, so production no longer sends it. Tracking updates are unchanged, and the sandbox still accepts `status` on its simulated fulfillments.
2026-10-01	The sandbox now accepts `POST /returns/{id}/approve-refund` from `requested`, in one step, as production does. It used to refuse a `requested` return with `422 RETURN_ALREADY_PROCESSED` until the return was approved. Approve-refund is now accepted from `requested`, `approved` or `received` on both hosts, and refused from any other status with the same code.
2026-09-28	A successful `POST /orders/{id}/cancel` is now documented as what it returns: the order’s `id`, `status` (`CANCELLED`) and `updated_at`, the same result Seller Center gets from a cancel. It no longer lists items, totals or addresses, and the `order.cancelled` webhook, with the `order.updated` sent alongside it, carries the same three fields. No production cancel has ever returned more. The sandbox used to return the full order here; it now returns the same fields as production. Read the rest of the order with `GET /orders/{id}`.
2026-09-22	Returns now mirror what a seller can do in Seller Center. `POST /returns` and `POST /returns/{id}/reject` return `403 OPERATION_NOT_SUPPORTED` on production: returns are opened by the buyer, and a seller refuses a return by disputing it (`POST /returns/{id}/dispute`), which MallPlus reviews. Production reject never changed the seller’s return case. `POST /returns/{id}/approve-refund` is now accepted on production from `requested`, in one step. The sandbox is unchanged.
