Partner Console
Last Updated: 2026-07-03
Overview
The Partner Console is the authenticated portal where you manage everything about your integration — your developer profile, your apps and their credentials, seller authorizations, and support. Every partner feature lives inside this shell once you sign in.
This page orients you to the console frame itself. The individual features it houses have their own guides: Registration, Profile & Documents, and App Management.
Signing In
Sign in with the email and password of your verified developer account. You must have completed registration and verified your email before you can log in.
Sessions and Timeout
Your session is held in a secure, HTTP-only cookie. For security, sessions expire after a period of inactivity. When a session expires, the console returns you to the login screen and you re-authenticate to continue — any unsaved input on the current screen is not preserved.
Use Log Out from the account menu to end your session immediately on a shared or public machine.
Navigation
The sidebar groups the console into five sections:
- App Management — App List and Push Mechanism (webhook configuration).
- Sandbox — Test Accounts and the Order Simulator.
- Tools — API Test Tool, Signature Generator, API Access Log, Push Log, and API Calls Statistics.
- Ticket System — Raise Ticket and My Tickets.
- Personal Center — Account Information, Change Password, Member Management, and Recent Activity.
Profile Status
When your account is in a blocking state, a banner at the top of the console tells you why and what to do next — you do not have to open the profile page to find out. An approved account shows no banner.
| Status | Meaning | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Not Submitted | Your developer profile is not filled in yet, so app creation is locked. | Complete Profile |
| Under Review | Your profile is under review. App creation unlocks once it is approved. | — |
| Rejected | Your profile was not approved. Review the feedback and resubmit. | View Feedback |
| Suspended | Your account has been suspended. | Contact Support |
App List
The App List is the home of the console. Each app shows a status badge for its lifecycle state and gives you quick access to its credentials and next steps.
- Each app carries a status badge for its lifecycle stage. See App Management → App Statuses for the full list of stages and what each one means. Note: an app awaiting Go-Live review still shows as Developing to you — the internal review stage is not surfaced on the partner badge.
- Open an app to view its sandbox and production credentials, scopes, and seller authorizations.
- Create a new app from here, up to your account's app limit.
For the full lifecycle, credential handling, and Go Live flow, see App Management.
